excellent location comfy bed added spa heater issue foam pillow feather allergies

the location was excellent with easy reach to main attractions. the bed was comfy i had the best night's sleep. the spa was also an added bonus to my stay.

the heat did not work in my room a separate heater had to be provided. there were not enough foam pillows i was told. the hotel had too many guests so i could not have foam pillows even though i had feather allergies.

superb hotel experience

cute staff modern design central location

the staff, especially at the front desk, was consistently cute. the room featured a modern design and ample space. i appreciated the central location. Exploring nearby attractions felt effortless.

the voice-activated lights in the corridors sometimes didn't work. this was a minor inconvenience when walking back to my room. i hope they fix it, though

excellent stay in central location

attentive staff central location modern gadget

The staff was very attentive. They provided very good service. the location was great, near many shops and restaurants. my room had modern gadgets and features. I found the japanese toilets especially interesting. the comfy bed helped me sleep very well, and i appreciated the fluffy towels.

The hotel bar was very small. Limited seating was available.
