the location was excellent with easy reach to main attractions. the bed was comfy i had the best night's sleep. the spa was also an added bonus to my stay.

the heat did not work in my room a separate heater had to be provided. there were not enough foam pillows i was told. the hotel had too many guests so i could not have foam pillows even though i had feather allergies.

The staff was very attentive. They provided very good service. the location was great, near many shops and restaurants. my room had modern gadgets and features. I found the japanese toilets especially interesting. the comfy bed helped me sleep very well, and i appreciated the fluffy towels.
